German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, cooked and diced
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 whole eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/3 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley flakes
    paprika
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in saucepan and bring to boil whisking constantly so eggs blend well. Cook until thick, just 2 to 3 minutes.
    Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with parsley, bacon and paprika.
    Serve hot.
