Beef Teriyaki Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry or apple juice
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. grated ginger root or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Partially freeze beef.
    Thinly slice across the grain into long strips 1/8 inch thick.
    For marinade, combine soy sauce, sherry, molasses, mustard, ginger root, garlic and 1/3 cup water. Pour over meat.
    Marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
