Lefse - cooking recipe

5 c. cooked, mashed and then riced potatoes
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. rich cream
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

This recipe is a combination of an old one from my aunt and one from the Decorah, Iowa Nordic Fest, held the last weekend in July. It includes a Lutefisk eating contest.
