Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

shortening or bacon drippings
onions
fresh chopped parsley
7 or more potatoes
1 c. water
Preparation
-
Put shortening or bacon drippings in frying pan.
Add a lot of onions and saute.
Add parsley.
Dice potatoes into pan and add water.
Cook and stir until
potatoes are done.
