Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. zucchini, chopped
    2 small onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. stuffing mix
    1 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onions until half done.
    Drain well.
    Mix with chicken soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Grease a large baking dish.
    Layer with stuffing mix.
    Pour zucchini mixture over this.
    Cover with other half of stuffing mix.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
