Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar (white)
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
    Sift and stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
    Put 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
