Horseradish Sauce For Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. grated fresh horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Add salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar to horseradish.
    Mix thoroughly. Fold cream into the ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 3 or more hours.
