Southern Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp.sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. water
2 c. milk
3 eggs

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients with 1 cup of the milk.
Bring to boil and stir until thick.
Beat eggs and add to other cup of milk.
Stir into the thickened mixture.
Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
