Zucchini Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium zucchini
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1 pineapple oil (hardtack oil)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Peel zucchini, take out seeds and grate, cube or slice.
    Cook all ingredients until tender.
    Put in hot jars and seal.
