Chicken Marengo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    3 tomatoes, quartered
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour.
    In heavy skillet, brown chicken in hot oil.
    Combine spaghetti sauce mix with wine; pour over chicken.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Add mushrooms.
    Simmer another 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
