Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini
    2 c. water
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 onion, chopped
    3 slices cheese (Cheddar or American)
    salt and pepper
    bread crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in water until tender.
    Drain and add eggs, mayonnaise, onion and cheese.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Put bread crumbs on top and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until golden brown.
