Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 chopped onion, fine
    1 c. chopped celery, fine
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, frozen
Preparation
    Thaw spinach.
    Have cream cheese at room temperature.
    Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese and mayonnaise together thoroughly. Mix jello and hot water.
    Add vinegar.
    Add vegetables and cheese mixture; mix well.
    Pour into greased mold.
    Will jell quickly once in mold.
