Stuffed Cheese Bacon Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baking potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
1/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 400\u00b0.
Remove from oven, cut in lengthwise slice from top of each potato.
Scoop out inside and mash with sour cream, Blue cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Whip until fluffy.
Spoon mixture into potato shells.
Place on baking sheet; return to oven for 15 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
