Ginger Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 cans mushroom soup
    3/4 c. ginger ale
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Place meat in casserole.
    Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
