Sour Cream Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. (1/2-inch wide) noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green onion (optional)
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef while cooking noodles.
    Drain beef and then stir in sauce.
    Add the spices. Simmer beef and sauce 5 to 10 minutes.
