Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 small zucchini (5 or 6 inches long)
    salted boiling water
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar or American)
    1 large onion
    1 to 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in 1/2-inch slices; parboil in salt water for 5 minutes and drain.
    Place in greased shallow casserole.
    dish. Slice onion thin and place on top of zucchini.
    Pour 2 teaspoons of melted butter over top.
    Pepper to taste.
    Cover with cheese, then spread sauce over the cheese.
    Top with the bread crumbs. Drizzle remaining butter over the bread crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until onion is done.
