Dutch "Reuben" Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Swiss cheese
8 oz. baked ham
8 oz. sauerkraut, drained
parsley
caraway seed
mayonnaise
Preparation

Shoestring or julienne the ham and cheese; just get it into thin strips.
Mix ham, cheese and sauerkraut.
Add parsley and caraway seed to taste and enough mayonnaise to mix well.
Serve on pumpernickel bread.
This is also good grilled.
This is a rather small amount, so you may want to double it.
