White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 TBSP. margarine or butter
    1 TBSP. flour
    dash of pepper and salt
    3/4 cup milk
Preparation
    In a small saucepan melt margarine or butter.
    Stir in flour, saltand pepper.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook and stir 1 minute more. Makes 3/4 cup.
