Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked squash
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 small grated onion
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
    1 c. sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Drain squash and mix with other vegetables, soup and sour cream.
    Prepare stuffing with margarine.
    Reserve some for topping and line bottom of casserole dish with remaining mixture.
    Add vegetables and top with stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
