Hot Cottage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 potatoes, peeled, sliced, cooked and cooled
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
    4 slices cubed bread
    1 small jar pimentos, drained and chopped
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. melted margarine
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Melt margarine in milk and pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
