Breakfast Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 to 8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
    day old bread, cubed
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with bread cubes. Top with sausage.
    Pour egg mixture over top of sausage.
    Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake the next morning at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with fruit slices and/or coffee cake.
