Hash Brown Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns in a large bowl.
    In a medium frying pan, saute onion in margarine until tender. Mix first 6 ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Spread crushed chips on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Great with steak or roast.
