Peppered Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 bunch green onions (with tops), finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. black peppercorns, coarsely cracked
    2 tsp. pink peppercorns, coarsely cracked
    2 tsp. white peppercorns, coarsely cracked
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Shape mixture into a 5-inch ball.
    Combine cracked peppercorns.
    Roll cheese ball in mixture until evenly coated.
    Wrap in heavy-duty plastic wrap. Chill until firm. Serve with assorted crackers.
    Yields one 5-inch cheese ball.
