Eggplant Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 tomatoes, diced small
    1/2 c. Feta cheese
Preparation
    Broil eggplant until soft, turning every 5 minutes.
    Peel and smash inner part.
    Add garlic, salt and olive oil.
    Mix well. Spread out.
    Sprinkle tomatoes and Feta on top.
    (Goes great with bread.)
