Broccoli And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. minced onions
    3 tsp. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Soften Cheez Whiz in bowl over hot water.
    Saute celery and onions in margarine.
    Combine soup with milk; mix with celery, onions, broccoli, cauliflower and 1/2 of the Cheez Whiz.
    Turn into buttered baking dish.
    Pour remaining Cheez Whiz over top. Crush Ritz crackers and cover entire surface.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
