Crawfish Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup (golden)
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 to 5 Tbsp. white wine
1 lb. crawfish tails, chopped
2 pie shells
Preparation

Simmer crawfish 10 minutes.
Mix with seasoning. Simmer 15 minutes.
Bake one pie shell until light brown.
Pour mixture into pie shell. Cover with the other shell. Brush top of shell with melted butter. Bake until golden brown.
