Pot Roast Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 medium potatoes
    3 medium onions
    3 carrots
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart bowl.
    With wet hands, shape into loaf in center of pan.
    Peel and slice 1/4-inch thick, medium potatoes, onions and carrots.
    Place vegetables in layers around meat.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes to brown.
