Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger or 1 lb. hamburger and 1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    8 Tbsp. dried parsley
    2 Tbsp. Romano or Parmesan cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 cans water
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 cans water
    2 cloves garlic
    8 Tbsp. dried parsley
    2 Tbsp. oil from where meatballs were fried
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of oregano
Preparation
    Bring to a boil, then turn down on medium; add meatballs and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    The sauce and meatballs can be frozen for a couple of weeks.
