Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped broccoli
4 split chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder (may use up to 2 tsp. to taste)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli.
Cook chicken breast and cut in pieces (1/2 to 1-inch).
Add lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder to soup and mix well.
