60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 yeast cake
    2 Tbsp. lard
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1/2 c. warm water or milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and sugar together.
    Cut in lard.
    Add the yeast, dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water and warm milk.
    Work lightly until smooth.
    Roll out like biscuits and cut with cutter or shape in balls for cloverleaf.
    Let rise 1 hour and bake in oven at 375\u00b0.
