Lemon Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh green beans
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash beans and remove strings.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces if desired.
    Cook, covered, for 12 to 15 minutes in small amount of water.
    Drain and set aside, but keep warm.
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Add beans and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. Serves 2.
