Sugar And Honey Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. pecan nut meats
1/2 c. water

Preparation

Combine sugar, honey, salt and 1/2 cup water in medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.
Continue cooking, without stirring, until a little in cold water forms a firm ball or to 242\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
