Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. butterscotch chips
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    14 oz. can condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium pan, melt chips and margarine. Stir in crumbs and nuts.
    Press half of mixture onto bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In bowl, mix cheese until fluffy.
    Beat in Eagle Brand, egg and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pan on top of crumb mixture.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Chill before cutting into bars.
    Refrigerate.
