Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. sour milk
    2 small eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. light molasses
Preparation
    In glass bowl, blend flour, sugar, margarine, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, cloves and nutmeg as for pie dough.
    Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for topping.
    Add soda and sour milk; mix with metal spoon until it makes a dull sound in bowl.
    Add eggs, salt and molasses and pour into 9 x 13-inch floured pan.
    Cover with reserved dry ingredients for topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or less.
