Cajun Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    1/2 lb. mild or hot sausage
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Preparation
    Peel, dice and cook the potatoes; drain. Cook sausage and ground beef; drain. Cook onion and pepper.
    Stir in potatoes, diced cheese and tomatoes with seasoning. Cook on low in crock-pot for 2 to 3 hours.
