Broccoli-Potato Bake Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook, drain, dice and mash potatoes with oleo, salt and milk.
    Cook broccoli to package directions. Drain well.
    Fold in mashed potatoes.
    Put in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Spray casserole with Pam.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
