Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 c. water
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. celery, diced
    2 cans cream of chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
    6 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Add onion and celery to 2 cups water in large saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat until tender.
    Add soup, tuna, salt and pepper; simmer.
    Combine cooked noodles and tuna mixture in a 4-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
