Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bring water, butter and salt to boiling point.
    Add flour, all at once; stir quickly over low heat for 1 minute or until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat; add eggs, one at a time, and beat until smooth. Drop batter spoonful onto cookie sheet.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes; cut center while warm.
    Cool; fill with pudding.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Makes 12 puffs.
