Meat Loaf With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. catsup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine meat, onion, oats, cheese, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Stir in milk and egg.
    Pack mixture into lightly buttered loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Remove from oven. Combine catsup, brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon mustard.
    Spread over top of meat loaf.
    Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
