Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. finely ground pecans
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. green onion blades, chopped fine
Preparation

Reserve one cup of the pecans for rolling the ball.
Drain pineapple; combine with all other ingredients.
Shape into ball. Roll in remaining cup of nuts.
Chill in refrigerator in waxed paper or plastic bag until ready to use.
Serve with favorite crackers or tidbits.
