Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell, pricked
    8 slices American cheese
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon or 1 cube
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    chopped tomato and shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake pie shell 8 minutes; remove from oven.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Cut 6 slices cheese into pieces; set aside.
    In large skillet, brown beef; drain fat.
    Add tomato sauce, green pepper, onion and bouillon; cook and stir until bouillon dissolves.
    Remove from heat; stir in eggs, flour and cheese pieces.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
    Arrange cheese slices on top.
    Return to oven 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Garnish with tomato and lettuce.
