Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed, ripe bananas
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Stir in bananas and mix well.
Stir in nuts. Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf.
