Meat Loaf(Great Grandmother Conard) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
