Lemon Crumb Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    3 egg yolks
    2 c. saltines, crushed
    1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9 dish.
    Beat cake mix, margarine and 1 egg until crumbly.
    Stir in crackers and press into bottom of 13 x 9 (reserving 2 cups crumb mix).
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
