Apple Breakfast Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 large apples, peeled, cored and cut into rings
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. Separate biscuits and press each into a 3-inch circle.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet; sprinkle with cheese.
Top each with an apple ring.
Sprinkle with reserved sugar mixture and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until crust is golden.
Serve immediately.
Yields 10 servings.
