Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. diced tomatoes (16 c.)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. jalapenos, diced
    2 c. mangos
    2 c. onions
    1 small can tomato puree
Preparation
    Bring to a boil, then simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
