Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

1 gal. diced tomatoes (16 c.)
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. jalapenos, diced
2 c. mangos
2 c. onions
1 small can tomato puree
