Chicken Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 to 12 pieces chicken (I use boneless breasts)
1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing

Preparation

Place chicken in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender (do not turn).
