Southern Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. crumbled cornbread
4 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
8 c. stock or broth
1 c. diced onion
8 eggs
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sage or poultry seasoning
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Pack lightly into prepared bird just before roasting or bake separately.
Enough for 12 pound bird.
