Dreamy Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 qt. (6 c.) milk
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. (pint) half and half
Preparation
    Combine eggs, flour, sugar and salt in blender container
    and mix well.
    Heat milk to lukewarm in a large saucepan. Gradually add
    about
    1
    cup warm milk to egg mixture.
    Blend constantly. Stir
    egg
    mixture (with the 1 cup milk in it) to the
    remaining milk on the stove,
    then cook over low heat for 5
    minutes.
    Stir constantly
    until thickened.
    (It won't get very
    thick; don't boil.) Remove from heat.
    Stir in condensed milk,
    half
    and
    half and
    vanilla.
    Stir
    well.
    Pour
    into freezer and freeze.
    Makes 1 gallon.
