Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large brisket (not corned beef)
Kitchen Bouquet
Liquid Smoke
celery salt
garlic salt
Lawry's seasoned salt
pepper
barbecue sauce (optional)
Preparation

Trim all fat off brisket.
Cover 1 side with Kitchen Bouquet; rub in evenly.
Add small amount of Liquid Smoke; rub it in evenly. Sprinkle with celery salt, garlic salt, seasoned salt and pepper. Repeat on other side.
Seal tightly in aluminum foil and place in baking dish.
Cook at 225\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours.
Let cool.
Cut with electric knife across the grain.
Arrange in baking dish.
Add lightly, barbecue sauce, and bake on low heat 10 to 20 minutes until warm.
Serve hot.
Leftovers make great sandwiches.
